For one day only, one of Langford’s most happening pilates and barre studios is offering classes by donation to RainCoast Dog Rescue Society.

On Saturday, November 16th, SALT Pilates + Barre in Langford will be hosting pilates and barre classes by donation with 100% of all proceeds going to RainCoast Dog Rescue to help more dogs in need.

The classes, which normally cost upwards of $30, will be available for a minimum donation price of $10 and are available for booking online.

Humans and their canine counterparts are welcome at the studio for this event – including those who don’t want to participate in the workouts but would still like to contribute.

Jesse Adams of RainCoast Dog Rescue will also be bringing a host of adoptable dogs with him for everyone to meet and cuddle up with! ⁣

RainCoast is an organization that works towards the rescue and rehabilitation of neglected and abused dogs, and has most prominently been in the news after fighting for justice for Teddy, the Duncan dog who died after being severely neglected by his owners.

Classes on Saturday at SALT will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the last donation-only class starting at 11:30 a.m.
