It’s the most wonderful time of the year – to win!
Victoria’s iconic Government Street is always beautifully decked out for the holidays, and this year, taking those picture-perfect shots while enjoying the splendor can help you earn some holiday shopping cash – and win big.
From now until December 20th, Government Street retailers are giving away over $100 worth of gift certificates and merchandise to their stores every Friday – just for sharing your Government Street shopping escapades on social media!
There will also be a massive grand prize being drawn at the end of the contest on December 20th, including a one night stay at the Empress, dinner for two at the Irish Times, AND a $250 gift card to the Bay Centre.
To enter the contest, all you need to do is:
- LIKE Government Street on Facebook or FOLLOW Government Street on Instagram
- Take a picture of Government Street between the contest days and post it to your social media – the picture can include anything, but it has to be on Government Street! A good example would be a picture of an event or shopping.
- Tag Government Street in the photo description
- Use the hashtag #govstholiday
