The annual holiday tradition of the IEOA Truck Light Convoy and Food Drive hit the streets of Victoria this past weekend, and as usual, dazzled its viewers – young and old alike!
In its 21st year, the Truck Light Convoy had a magnificent 77 trucks on display in their journey from Ogden Point to the Western Speedway, dedicated to collecting non-perishable food for local food banks.
Over the past 20 years, the IEOA has collected over 160,000 lbs of food for those in need.
The association represents 173 companies including civil contractors, equipment suppliers, and operators and industry-related dealer/suppliers on southern Vancouver Island.
