Victoria Royals vs. Spokane Chiefs 

The Royals square up with the Spokane Chiefs for the second game of a back-to-back with their WHL rivals. This is the last home game before Christmas, so head down to Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre to see if the home team can give their fans an early Christmas win.

Pop-Up Neige Market in Fernwood

Fernwood residents don’t have to go too far for great local shopping tonight, with the Neige pop-up market in Fernwood Square. Featuring dozens of amazing local artisans and artists, this is the perfect place to shop for all your craft goods needs.

Tricked Out Trivia, Holiday Edition

Darcy’s in downtown Victoria are hosting another edition of Tricked Out Trivia this Wednesday, with comedian hosts Dan Duvall, Evan Mumford, and Shane Priestley. This week, the theme is all things Christmas! 

Remember, Tricked Out Trivia is not about having the right answer, it’s about having the best and most hilarious answer. Prep your Christmas jokes and get ready to win sweet prizes!

Frontrunners Christmas Lights Run 

If you’re planning to binge on holiday turkey and mince pies, it might not be a bad idea to start exercising now! Luckily, the Frontrunners Christmas Lights Run makes for the perfect mix of holiday cheer and exercise, with a 5 km run against the backdrop of some of the best light displays in the city. 

There are treats and hot chocolate available, and sign up is free if you bring a non-perishable food item for the benefit of Santas Anonymous and Mustard Seed!

  • Where: Run starts at Frontrunners Shelbourne, 3659 Shelbourne Street

Sing-along Messiah

Hundreds of audience member voices will join together as a choir inside the beautiful Alix Goolden Hall for the 21st sing-along rendition of Handel’s Messiah, his most famous oratorio, led by Music Director, Brian Wismath.

Sheet music is available with a donation, but if you have your own copy then feel free to bring it!
