The holiday tradition continues!

The Royals’ annual Teddy Bear Toss is happening this Saturday, December 7th.

During the game, fans can bring a new or gently-used teddy bear and throw them on the ice after the Royals score their first goal, and all stuffed toys collected will be cleaned, dried and delivered to local charities just in time for Christmas.

The first 2,000 fans to arrive at the game will also receive a free set of Victoria Royals Collectors Cards!

If you forget to bring a bear, don’t worry – you can buy a ‘Mini-Marty’ at the game.

That same night, you can also get your Christmas photo with Santa Marty, brought to you by the professional camera crew at Don’t Blink Photographics. Simply bring a donation of cash or a non-perishable food item – all proceeds will go to Mustard Seed Street Church & Food Bank!

Saturday will be the second of the Royals’ back-to-back contests against the visiting Seattle Thunderbirds, as they will also be facing them on Friday, December 6th as well.

For more Royals fun, join the players on ice at Butchart Gardens the following day, Sunday, December 8th for their annual Skate with the Victoria Royals night.
