Victoria Police searching for missing 64-year-old man

Victoria Police are asking for the public’s help in their search for missing 64-year-old David Atkins.

Atkins was last seen in the 900 block of Collinson Street on Monday, December 2nd. Police believe he may be have gone to Sooke and could be in the area.

He is described as a slender Caucasian male standing 5’8″ tall with hazel eyes and short, salt and pepper dark brown hair.

Atkins is known to adorn his clothing with distinctive, homemade symbols, similar to a “no smoking” sign.

Atkins also went missing in November 2019, and at the time police stated that the circumstances surrounding his disappearance put him at risk of immediate harm.

Anyone who sees Atkins is asked to call 911.
