A heavy police presence is reported in the North Park area after a man was found unconscious.
Officers advise that traffic in the area of Quadra Street and North Park Street is being disrupted as authorities attempt to revive him.
As of 3:40 p.m. Friday afternoon, Quadra Street is closed to northbound traffic while officers, paramedics, and firefighters attend to the unconscious man.
Unconfirmed sources say that first responders administered naloxone as one of the treatments.
