Police seeking suspect who shoplifted two hover boards from Langford Superstore

West Shore RCMP are looking for a suspect who walked out of Langford Superstore with two hover boards without paying for them.

The shoplifting incident took place at Superstore located at 835 Langford Parkway on December 29th.

Surveillance footage from the store shows the suspect walking past the cashier, holding two Segway hover boards worth $300.

The suspect, aged between 25 and 35 years, is described as heavy set, stands approximately 5’10” tall, has dark brown hair, and was wearing a grey hoodie, grey sweat pants, and grey shoes at the time of the theft.

This isn’t the only documented theft out of Langford’s Superstore in December 2019.

A video sent to Victoria Buzz shows a dramatic theft of a TV from the same store, as the thief tries to get away in a vehicle.
