Are you ready to don your best pink attire for a fantastic cause?

Because the Victoria Royals’ Pink in the Rink night has returned once more, this time with a brand new snazzy jersey and the same great theme – all in support of the BC Cancer Foundation.

Happening this Saturday, February 22nd, the Royals will face off against division rivals the Kelowna Rockets for one of the most well-attended and much anticipated theme nights of the year!

Fans are encouraged to grab their tickets in advance to this well-loved Royals tradition as they’re selling out fast.

The Pink in the Rink game is always one of the Royals’ biggest (and brightest!) nights of the season, and this year’s event will support the Breast Cancer Research Initiative happening around the province.

By donating, you can support your loved ones in their fight against cancer – and fans can write who they are “stickin’ it to cancer” for on their own placards.

You can also visit the BC Cancer Foundation website and click on your favorite player to make a donation to outstanding cancer research – and help the player win the fundraising award!

On top of all of the pink-hued fun, there will also be a chance to win a pair of tickets to SOFMC’s upcoming Sinner and Saints Tour.

Also, got a dirty car? One lucky yet dirty car in the parking lot on game night will receive a coupon for a free car wash!

The Royals will sport special pink jerseys Saturday evening, that will be auctioned off via a post-game live auction, an in-game silent auction as well as an online auction beginning Friday, February 21st and ending on March, 2nd at 6 p.m. Funds raised during the auctions support the BCCF and Victoria Royals Scholarship and Education Fund.

The Victoria Royals Pink in the Rink night has only gotten bigger and more vibrant since its inception, so make sure to put on your pinkest gear, draw on some face paint, or even dye your hair to help show your support – the more creative the better!

Prior to the weekend’s all-pink soiree, The Royals will also host the visiting Calgary Hitmen this Wednesday, February 19th as well as the Rockets on Friday, February 21st in the first of two back-to-backs.

Watch below as Royals’ Will Warm and his mom Wendi, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in March of last year speak to the importance of Pink in the Rink night and cancer awareness.
