The Victoria West Community Association is hosting a spring garage sale!

Clusterf**t: Cozy Queer Social

Clusterf***(ort) is a cozy evening for queer/trans/2-spirit youth (14-25) as well as their friends and family. It’ll be a fun and low-key evening with a blanket fort theme. Come in whatever makes you feel coziest (PJs, street clothes or last year’s prom dress). And wear your funkiest socks!
The evening will start with quiet crafting, puzzles, board games, books, queer music, information tables, snacks, tea and more. We will end with a fun, gentle, (optional) sock ball fight

Andrew Judah [Kelowna, BC] & Shed Monkeys [Victoria, BC] ~ LIVE

Vinyl Envy is very proud to present to you a one-of-a-kind live music experience at your local record shop. Canadian musician Andrew Judah is obsessed with two things. Painting with sound, and the search for meaning. A restless creator, known for his combination of memorable pop melodies and complex musical arrangements.

Psychedelic rock-n-roll from outer space, take a ride and melt your face~! The January 2020 The Zone at 91-3 Band-Of-The-Month, Shed Monkeys are back at your local record shop~! This tight-knit four piece blends everything from blues and psychedelic rock all the way to electronic music.

Beer and Yoga

Let’s celebrate St. Paddy’s day together! An invigorating juicy hour of Freedom flow followed by a thirst quenching beer tasting by Whistle Buoy Brewing Company. Get on your mat to move, breathe and sweat. Then sip a cold one while learning about craft beer and what Whistle Buoy Brewing Company is all about….because it’s all about balance right?

Indoor Movie Night

St. Patrick’s Show with Knacker’s Yard!

A very special evening of Irish folksong, live music, Irish dance and storytelling with Knacker’s Yard at the Victoria Event Centre. In partnerhip with the Slainte society and the School of Irish dance, this will be a night of celebrating all things Irish with Victoria’s only traditional Celtic ballad band.
