Harbour Air has announced their decision to temporarily suspend flights starting Saturday March 28th.
“As the COVID-19 epidemic continues to spread throughout the Province and with safety as our top value at Harbour Air, we have decided that it is in the best interest of our employees and our customers to cease all Harbour Air scheduled service flight operations,” reads a statement from the company.
The company will continue to offer charter services which will include private flights, freight and government support services as required.
These flights will be completed utilizing our larger DeHavilland Otter aircraft, which will allow for on board distancing.
Harbour Air says they will continue to maintain stringent cleaning and sanitization protocols.
They plan to resume regular service on May 4th, 2020.
