Investigators seek witnesses, dash cam footage in murder of 40-year-old Langford woman

Police are looking to speak to any witnesses or people who may have dash camera footage related to the murder of 40-year-old Angela Dalman.

Dalman, a single mother with a teenage son, was shot to death on Friday, March 6th outside a residence in the 800 block of Arncote Ave in Langford.

A few days later, West Shore RCMP arrested and charged a suspect, 35-year-old Anthony Dheensaw, with second degree murder. Dheensaw was also charged with the attempted murder of another man during the same incident.

The investigation into Dalman’s murder has since been taken over by the Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit (VIIMCU).

Investigators are now looking to speak with anyone who may have dash cam footage or residential security footage from Florence Lake Road on the night of Friday, March 6th between 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Officers also wish to talk to anyone who may have been walking a dog in the area of Florence Lake between and 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on March 6th, and anyone who was driving on Arncote Avenue between 9 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on March 6th.
