A Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued for Nanaimo man, Peter Ludvigson.

Nanaimo RCMP have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for a man they say is wanted for parole violations across the nation.

45-year-old Peter Ludvigson was supposed to be living at a family home in Nanaimo as stipulated by his parole conditions, but has not been at the home since early May and his whereabouts are now unknown.

Ludvigson was paroled after serving the majority of his federal sentence for property related crimes and theft charges. Those include break and enter, trespass by night and theft.

He is described as a white male, 5’11” tall and weighs about 220 pounds. Ludvigson has red hair and brown eyes and a number of tattoos across his upper torso.

One tattoo of note is on his lower right forearm and depicts a devil with flames.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345.
