West Shore RCMP are investigating numerous reports of theft from vehicles parked in a private condo garage at 110 Presley Place in View Royal.
Police were notified on September 20 that at least five vehicles parked in the garage were broken into sometime from the evening of September 19 to the early morning of September 20.
The vehicles were all rummaged through and valuables such as money and identification were taken.
“We receive daily reports of theft from vehicles, please take your personal belongings with you and do not leave them in the car,” said Cst. Nancy Saggar West Shore RCMP Media Relations Officer.
Three cars had their passenger side windows smashed open.
Police are still investigating. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264.
