If you’re looking to prove your athletic prowess this fall, look no further than Victoria’s latest and greatest sports-themed entertainment – Iron & Wood Golf Simulators.
And no, it’s not just golf you can try your hand at; Iron & Wood features 12 multisport games to choose from, ranging from hockey, baseball & even zombie dodgeball.
The brand new business hosts three private simulation rooms, each equipped with massive 4K screens along with software that allows players the full in-game experience; including 85 virtual golf courses from all over the world.
Iron & Wood is located in Saanich right across from Uptown Shopping Centre, and their private bays can be booked for groups of up to 4 people, with full COVID-19 precautions in place.
Each room is big enough to allow for proper physical distancing and safe social practice with these numbers, and reservations have a 15 minute buffer between to ensure very limited guest crossover as well as ample time to clean/sterilize the rooms after use.
If you’re looking to try out the perfect rainy (or sunny!) day activity for you and your closest bubble, you’re in luck! We’ve partnered with Iron & Wood to give away an amazing prize package that includes a 2 hour booking in one of their private simulation rooms, as well as drinks and snacks.
Rates start as low as $40 per hour for a group, and bookings can be made online. All ages and skill levels are welcome, from newbie to seasoned veteran!
Iron & Wood currently offers a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, and is in the process of obtaining an official liquor license as well.
The virtual sports simulation experience can also be booked for larger events, everything from bachelor parties to staff excursions, with a max capacity of 25 guests.
