Saanich Police are searching for a man who did not return to a mental health facility after unexpectedly leaving it.
In a statement, police say 34-year-old Sean Hart left the Seven Oaks Tertiary Mental Health Facility on November 6 unexpectedly and did not return.
A Mental Health Act Warrant has been issued for his arrest.
He is described as a white man standing 5’7″ tall, weighing 130 lbs, and has blue eyes and long, curly brown hair.
He was last seen wearing black clothing and wearing a white mask. Police say he requires medical attention.
Anyone who sees him is asked not to approach him and call 911.
