There are currently four schools in Nanaimo that have ongoing COVID-19 exposure alerts.
The other three schools are: Randerson Ridge Elementary, Wellington Secondary, and Forest Park Elementary schools.
Anyone who did not hear from public health did not come in close contact with the infected individual.
All school exposure events are listed on the Island Health website.
The health authority says that parents who have not been contacted by officials should rest assured their children have not had a high-risk exposure, and can continue to attend school as long as they are not experiencing symptoms.
