Westshore RCMP are investigating a report of an indecent act that took place near Gourman Place in Langford on Saturday.
An 18-year-old woman told police she was walking her dog on Bellamy Road at approximately 4:30 p.m. on December 5th when a man driving a black SUV slowed down and waved at her.
The suspect was masturbating and exposed himself to the woman before driving away heading down Bellamy Road toward Treanor Avenue.
Police searched the area but were unable to find the suspect or the vehicle.
The suspect is described as a white male between 45 to 55 years old with darker coloured hair. He was driving a black SUV of unknown make or model.
West Shore RCMP are investigating and ask that anyone with surveillance or dash cam footage who may have been in the area at the time review their footage and report anything suspicious to police.
