Victoria Police announced on Tuesday that they have seized a large amount of drugs during a drug trafficking investigation last week.
On Friday January 8th, VicPD officers executed a search warrant on a suite in a multi-unit temporary housing facility in the 3000-block of Blanshard Street.
According to VicPD, they located and seized over one kilogram of methamphetamine, smaller amounts of fentanyl, two replica firearms and over $1,000 in cash during the search of the residence.
Police arrested one man at the scene and are recommending drug trafficking charges against him.
