VicPD say they have made an arrest in connection with a stabbing in Bastion Square that took place Friday night.
In what they believe was a targeted incident, police say a victim was stabbed on February 5th between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The victim was taken to the hospital for potentially life-threatening injuries, but their injuries are now considered non-life-threatening.
Officers located and arrested a suspect in the 700-block of Humboldt Street on Sunday, February 7th, at approximately 6:30 p.m.
He was also arrested on three additional warrants for aggravated assault, failing to attend court, and failing to comply with release conditions.
The man has been held in court for recommended charges of aggravated assault.
Police are still investigating the incident.
