Three people were taken into custody after a double stabbing in downtown Victoria Monday.
At around 3:30 p.m. on April 20th, VicPD were called to the 900-block of Pandora Avenue for a report that two men had been bear sprayed and stabbed.
Both stabbing victims were transported to hospital suffering from potentially life-threatening injuries. Their injuries are now considered non-life-threatening.
Three suspects were identified in the stabbing.
Shortly before 5 p.m., VicPD officers located and arrested one of the suspects in Bastion Square. A second suspect was arrested minutes in the 1400-block of Vancouver Street.
The third suspect was arrested today around noon in the 900-block of Pandora.
Investigators believe this was a targeted incident and did not believe there was a risk to public safety.
Detectives with VicPD’s Major Crime Unit are continuing the investigation.
