

A suspect has been arrested on charges of arson stemming from a fire that engulfed a home in Vic West Saturday evening.
Emergency crews responded to the blaze at approximately 6 p.m. on May 15.
According to a tweet from Victoria Firefighters Local 730, crews were able to limit spread and damage to adjacent structures and contained the fire.
Victoria Police said in a subsequent tweet that there were no injuries.
In addition, police said they arrested a suspect in connection with the blaze at a multi-unit temporary housing facility in the 200-block of Russell Street.
