Freshly foraged Sitka spruce tips were added directly into the kettle and fermenter for this sour. This beer is a collaboration with Land & Sea Brewing.

Heritage River Hefeweizen
This beer is light and an easy drinking wheat-beer full of summery aromas and flavours of citrus fruits, plantains and cloves.
This hazy ISA features hop flavours of citrus fruit and pine as well as subtle notes of biscuit and oat.
Invasion of the Blackberry Lager
Smooth caramel malt balance out the blackberries’ natural tartness of this lager.
