Tonight’s Lotto Max draw is, yet again, another record-breaker.
The $128 million in prizes is a record total in Canadian lottery history and it’s the third consecutive record-setting draw for Lotto Max this month.
The previous record occurred last Friday, June 11th for an estimated $120 million in combined prizes; and prior to that, on June 7th, lottery enthusiasts were playing for a total of $117 million.
So far in 2021, BC lottery players have redeemed more than $62 million in winnings from Lotto Max.
Players (19+) have until 7:30 p.m. to purchase their tickets for the chance to win the $70-million jackpot and an estimated 58 $1-million Maxmillions prize draws.
The odds of winning the main jackpot is 1 in 33,294,800.
Just this week, a Sooke man won $100,000 from a Lotto Max scratch and win ticket.
