Two COVID-19 flight exposures on Vancouver Island have been added to British Columbia’s Centre for Disease Control’s website.
The first flight departed from Vancouver on August 3rd bound for Comox. The second flight departed from Victoria on August 5th to Vancouver.
The flights and their affected rows are:
- Westjet flight 3051 on August 3rd | Rows 2 to 8
- Air Canada 8050 on August 5th | Rows 3 to 9
All passengers on a domestic flight with a COVID-19 case should self-monitor for symptoms for 14 days.
The information on affected flights is posted publicly on the BCCDC website.
Prior to Monday’s update on COVID-19 in BC, there were a total of 2,411 active cases in the province.
