There’s a brand new restaurant coming to the West Shore area, set to open in Langford’s Belmont Market Shopping Centre.
Liberty Kitchen, a new dining concept from Browns Restaurant Group, will have a menu focusing on artisan pizza, pastas and ‘bowls’.
Browns Restaurant Group is a Vancouver-based franchising business, which owns and operates Browns Socialhouse, Browns Crafthouse, and Liberty Kitchen across Canada.
There are currently three Browns Social House restaurants operating on the south island and one Browns Crafthouse in Greater Victoria.
The addition of Liberty Kitchen would be the first of its kind on Vancouver Island and the second location of the restaurant overall.
The first Liberty Kitchen restaurant opened in South Surrey in 2018.
The restaurant will be located in Langford’s Belmont Market Shopping Centre, a 160,000 square foot shopping centre currently under development.
Although no set date has been announced for the opening of West Shore’s Liberty Kitchen location, the restaurant’s website says it will be opening sometime this year!
The #MyBelmont district is currently selling its second phase of condominium homes at Belmont Residences East.
Last year, the developer also completed Crossing at Belmont.
