If you love art and want to get to know those creating it right here on Vancouver Island, visit Downtown Nanaimo’s Artwalk this December.
The annual event features 25 to 50 artists who open their studios or showcase their work in local businesses across Nanaimo for the public to enjoy.
This year, the festival celebrates its 23rd anniversary, bringing you your favourite artists as well as new ones to discover across new locations.
Previously, the event was run by Artwalk Committee members. However, this year said members are concentrating on their own art and the Nanaimo Arts Council was happy to take on the program.
This December 4th and 5th, you can explore the annual Artwalk across Downtown Nanaimo.
