Grab your little gals and ghouls for this mad science Halloween event in Langford (CONTEST)

What’s Halloween without a little ooze?

There’s a perfectly gooey event happening at Westshore Town Centre this Halloween season, so grab your favourite little gals and ghouls for fun-filled time!

Happening Saturday, October 30th and Sunday, October 31st, Westshore Town Centre is pleased to welcome very special guests, Mad Science Vancouver Island, for a family-friendly event full of mad science experiments – and you’re invited.

Your own little mad scientists can join Mad Science Vancouver Island in action as they demonstrate how to make slime, show off the secrets of dry ice and more.

Westshore Town Centre is hosting six 45-minute shows throughout the day on October 30th, and three shows on October 31st and though the event is free to attend, registration is a must as spots are very limited and selling out quickly!

The show is suitable for all ages, and attendees under 12 will receive a Hallowe’en treat bag including a copy of 101 Great Science Experiments from Coles, yummy chocolate from Purdys, a Halloween activity and colouring book and more.

On top of the mad science fun, you can visit Westshore Town Centre for drive-through trick-or-treating in the Cineplex parking lot on October 31st from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (or while supplies last) in partnership with Langford Fire Rescue.

Also, their yearly pumpkin smash is returning! Bring your jack-o-lantern to the Westshore Town Centre parking lot on Saturday, November 6th between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and watch it be dropped from a 105’ ladder courtesy of Langford Fire Rescue. By donation, with proceeds to Muscular Dystrophy and the BC Burn Fund.
