Trick-or-treat and smash some pumpkins at Westshore Town Centre this Halloween

Are you ready for Halloween?

This year, Westshore Town Centre and Langford Fire Rescue are teaming up to bring you some free, festive fun!

First, bring your family down to the Drive-Through Trick-or-Treating event, a creative way to keep safe and keep warm while collecting your candy.

The event, which will take place on Sunday, October 31st, will allow families to safely trick-or-treat in the Westshore Town Centre Cineplex parking lot.

The Halloween festivities don’t end on the 31st though!

On Saturday, November 6th, bring your leftover jack-o-lanterns down to the same Westshore parking lot for their Charity Pumpkin Smash.

For a donation, you can have the Langford Fire Rescue drop your pumpkin from a 105-foot fire engine ladder!

All proceeds will be donated to Muscular Dystrophy and the BC Professional Firefighters Burn Fund.

“The drive-through trick-or-treating with Langford Fire Rescue was a big hit last year, providing a safe alternative for Westshore families looking for ways to creatively celebrate Hallowe’en,” said Kelly McClure, Marketing Manager at Westshore Town Centre.

“And the charity pumpkin smash is a spectacle not to be missed!”
