Nanaimo RCMP are seeking the public’s help into the investigation of two unsolved crimes within this last month.

Sometime between 11:10 a.m. and 11:40 a.m., on Wednesday, October 20th, two kayaks were stolen from the Nanaimo River.

The owners of the kayaks were transporting users to their vehicles when their kayaks were stolen from the bush.

The first kayak is an eight-foot-long, orange and jello Jackson Karma. On the stern by the drain plug there is a written M.

The second kayak is a 9-foot long, green and yellow Pirana Ripper. The drain plug on the stern is glued in place from a recent repair.
