Metal Magnate is a local family-run business located on the peninsula, with locations in Victoria and a pop-up in Nanaimo’s Woodgrove Centre.
Their handmade art includes wall-mounted or free-standing 3D sculptures made from recycled auto, marine, and aviation parts, as well as steel images mounted on burnished reclaimed Douglas Fir and Red Cedar backings.
Metal Magnate specializes in bio-mechanical sculptures such as sharks, salmon and anglerfish, and they are happy to do custom/commissioned work, using personal photographs, or original custom designs.
