VicPD are seeking the public’s help in locating missing 40-year old Joel Schacter.
Schacter was last seen on October 29th but has not been heard from since. He was reported missing to VicPD on November 10th.
Schacter is described as Caucasian, 6’1” tall, 175 pounds, with a slender build. He has short, curly brown hair, green eyes and often wears a short, brown and grey beard.
