VicPD are seeking the public’s help in locating missing 38-year old David Westgeest and a missing 78-year old man Earl Lacharity in two separate cases.
Westgeest was last seen in Victoria on the afternoon of December 1st. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Westgeest is believed to be driving a grey 2007 Hyundai Entourage, British Columbia license plate 680 JLA. Although he has not been seen since December 1st, it is believed he may be travelling to the Mill Bay area.
He is described as a Caucasian man, 6’4” tall and approximately 196 pounds. He has curly brown hair and hazel eyes.
Westgeest is known to wear a baseball hat, a hooded sweater, jeans or basketball shorts.
VicPD are also attempting to locate a high-risk missing 78-year old man last seen in the Vic West area.
Police said Earl Lacharity last spoke with family on November 24th and was reported missing on November 30th.
Lacharity was last believed to be seen in the Vic West area.
He is described as a Caucasian man, 5’8” tall with a slim build. He has white hair and uses a walker. There were no photos made available at the time of this publication.
