If you’re looking for more ways to celebrate the holidays with your family this year, the Victoria Harbour Ferry has you covered.
This year, their annual Santa Ballet is back!
The free, family friendly event, which will take place in Victoria’s Inner Harbour, will be performed to the music of the Nutcracker Suite.
The Ballet will be performed nightly at 7 p.m. from December 17th to 20th.
“This charming holiday tradition is our signature seasonal event and we are thrilled to be able to present these performances again,” said Victoria Harbour Ferry General Manager Barry Hobbis.
This year, Victoria Harbour Ferry is also introducing their brand new event, the “Sleigh Boat Ride”.
The Sleigh Boat Ride will begin at the Causeway Floats and float all the way to Fisherman’s Wharf, accompanied by holiday music and holiday lights around the harbour.
Once arrived at Fisherman’s Wharf, families will be presented with hot chocolate and churros compliments of Puerto Vallarta Amigos patio.
The Sleigh Boat Ride will run at 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. December 11th to 23rd.
If you are on the 6 p.m. Sleigh Boat Ride on ballet nights, you will have front row seats to the Ballet from the ferry!
Reservations for the Sleigh Boat Ride can be purchased online via their booking site.
Passengers are also invited to bring a non-perishable food item or cash donation to support the Rainbow Kitchen. Everyone who donates will receive a complimentary water taxi voucher.
