A month has passed since 54-year-old local Ian Indridson disappeared, prompting VicPD to renew a call for help in finding him.
Police say Indridson hasn’t been heard from since the morning of Monday, January 10th and classify him as a “high-risk” missing person.
That’s because it’s out of character for him to have disappeared, according to VicPD. Investigators think his health and well-being may be in danger.
Described as Caucasian and standing at 5’11” with a slim build, Indridson has short salt and pepper hair.
He’s believed to be wearing a dark-coloured Eddie Bauer sweater, black sweatpants, and black rubber boots.
‘Missing’ posters circulating Victoria state that Indridson has stress and sleep deprivation issues; they also say that he is currently on medication for insomnia that may have compromised his mental health capacity.
In an earlier release, VicPD mentioned that they believed Indridson may have gone to an area near the ocean on the morning he went missing.
Police are asking anyone who sees Indridson to call 911.
Those with information on his possible whereabouts should call VicPD at (250) 995-7654. To remain anonymous, tipsters can call Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 222-8477.
