VicPD have a man in custody following a Sunday morning stabbing that left a victim with potentially life-altering injuries.
Just before 7:50 a.m. on February 6th, officers responded to a report of an assault in progress in the 1400-block of Lang Street.
When officers arrived, they discovered a victim with multiple stab wounds, including wounds to the face.
Paramedics arrived and quickly began treatment before transporting the victim to hospital.
According to reports, the victim’s injuries were non-life-threatening but potentially life-altering.
A man was arrested and transported to VicPD cells where he was held in custody. He faces charges of aggravated assault.
