Just after 10 p.m. on March 2nd, officers spotted a vehicle in the 500-block of Ellice Street which was stopped with the engine running and lights on.

Upon further investigation, officers found the driver of the vehicle slumped over the wheel.

The driver was arrested and transported to cells where he was later released pending further investigation.

The vehicle is being returned to its rightful owner.
