After almost two years of waiting (patiently), McDonalds has announced McGriddles have returned to their breakfast menu!
According to the fast-food chain, chicken McGriddles, bacon, egg & cheese McGriddles, sausage egg & cheese McGriddles and sausage McGriddles are available now at participating restaurants across the country.Â
PSA!!! as of March 29, McGriddles are officially BACK in ALL (participating) restaurants across Canada!!

The maple-flavoured griddle cake breakfast sandwiches were introduced to Canadian menus back in 2003.
In August 2020, McDonalds simplified their menu to enforce social distancing in their kitchen, with McGriddles being taken off the breakfast menu.Â
According to the chain, the McGriddle was already re-introduced at select locations in Atlantic Canada back in September 2021.Â
Now, it’s our turn.Â
You can reunite with your old favourite at participating McDonalds locations until 11 a.m. daily.Â
