Blo Blow Dry Bar’s concept is a local success story
Local Island resident, Angela Hall, opened the Blo Blow Dry Bar experience at the Bay Centre.
The original blow dry bar was created in 2007 by two Canadian women who opened three Blo locations in Vancouver. Since then, the concept has been re-launched as a franchise system that can now be found across Canada and in the US.
