BC Transit has officially launched a new online engagement platform, allowing users insight into future projects and a convenient place to provide feedback.
According to BC Transit, the new Voice of the Rider platform will allow them to better understand riders and prospective riders.
The website is divided into two sections, ‘Engagement Projects’ and ‘Rider Satisfaction and Marketing Surveys’.
‘Engagement projects’ allows users to read about current infrastructure projects and share their opinions.
The engagement projects section also has information on transit planning projects, surveys, interactive maps and open forums.
‘Rider Satisfaction and Marketing Surveys’ also allow users to play an important role in informed decisions and overall transit experience by completing 5-10 minute surveys.
To access the app, users can complete a short registration process with a valid email address here.
BC Transit believes the platform will allow them to better connect with communities and says it will ensure customer feedback is considered in future business decisions.
