Victoria Police are asking the public to help locate a missing elderly man who hasn’t been seen in days, calling it a “high-risk” case.
Russell Carmichael, 87, was last seen on Monday, May 2nd and is believed to be driving a mid-2000s Chrysler Sebring Touring sedan with BC license plate PY 7128.
However, VicPD say he doesn’t have a valid driver’s license and isn’t medically fit to drive.
Described as Caucasian and standing 5’10”, Carmichael weighs around 185 pounds with a slim build, shoulder-length white hair and unkempt facial hair.
He also wears glasses, has mobility issues and requires a scooter to get around, according to police.

VicPD officers are currently working to locate Carmichael to ensure his safety, asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to call (250) 955-7654.
