The southbound lanes of the Trans-Canada Highway (HWY1) in Langford Monday morning following a single vehicle incident.
According to West Shore RCMP, a dump truck flipped near Spencer Road on the highway blocking both lanes.

Expect major delays in the area. RCMP said they would update the public once traffic begins flowing again.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Injuries are unknown at this time.
