From funky Christmas music to ballet performances, here are five things to do throughout Victoria this Friday, December 2nd:

Indigenous Artists Market 

Looking for a unique shopping experience in time for the holidays?

Visit the Indigenous Artists Winter Market, on December 2 and 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in Clifford Carl Hall on the ground floor of the Royal BC Museum. Find beautiful bespoke pieces and speak with the artists who craft them.

Free admission, food and drinks are available for purchase.

Spin & Sip Social at SpinCo Victoria

Get your fit on! Come out for a fun night of spinning and then sampling some yummy alcohol-free beverages from DRNK. Bring a friend!!

Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s Nutcracker

A snowy pond hockey game, a battle on Parliament Hill, Mounties, and a cast of Canadian critters make this production memorable. Performed to live music by the Victoria Symphony.

Ryan Oliver Mandala Quartet

An evening inspired by the recently departed saxophone giant Pharaoh Sanders, Juno award nominee Ryan Oliver will present an evening of music that fuses soulful spiritual jazz with classical Indian music.

Ryan Oliver plays the tenor saxophone and flute, Ken Lister on bass and Kelby McNayr on drums.
