VicPD are looking to identify a suspect who was captured on video attacking a couple by kicking their dog and assaulting them in downtown Victoria over the weekend.

According to police, the couple, who are visiting from the city from another country, left their hotel in the 700-block of Government Street just after 11 p.m. on February 25th when the man kicked their dog.

At the time, he was wearing a blue and black plaid hooded sweatshirt underneath a dark puffy vest and blue jeans.
