Market lovers, rejoice!
On April 6th, the Esquimalt Farmers Market is set to return to Memorial Park.
As a food-first farmers market, The Esquimalt Farmers Market hosts vendors that are passionate about serving farm fresh produce and products as well as savoury food and sweet treats that reflect their culture and heritage.
The market will take place every Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Park from April 6th to September 14th, and on Mondays from June 19th to September 4th it will take place at Esquimalt Gorge Park during the same hours.
Following this, it will move to Esquimalt Recreation and will happen every Thursday from September 21st to December 14th.
Along with vendors, the market will also have food trucks serving up delicious eats, as well as live music to keep everyone grooving!
Due to food safety requirements, the EFM will remain a pet-free market this year. While paved walking paths will remain open to pets passing through the park, organizers are advising those that attend to keep their furry friends at home.
