Saanich Peninsula firefighters were kept busy in the early morning hours Sunday as they battled a commercial building fire.
The building, located on Galaron Road, is situated across from the new Amazon warehouse.
The Sidney Fire detachment were assisted by firefighters from North and Central Saanich Fire Departments.
Fire crews responded quickly and were able to keep the blaze contained to the room where the fire began.
“A quick response and aggressive attack contained the fire largely to the room of origin,” Sidney Fire said in a tweet.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
