The highly anticipated Victoria International Wine Festival (VICWF) is back for it’s ninth year and will have a new location!
The festival, which showcases some of the best wines from around the world, will take place at the Victoria Conference Centre.
Grand tastings will take place on September 29th and 30th, while wine dinners and seminars will occur across the city from September 24th to 30th.
This year’s festival promises to be even bigger and better than previous years, with impressive wineries and an expert speaker lineup.
Attendees can sample wines, learn from industry professionals, and connect with fellow wine enthusiasts. The festival extends its reach by partnering with California Wine to showcase an even more extensive collection of fine wines.
The event will feature over 400 wines from 14 different countries giving attendees a chance to brush up on their vintages and expand their personal and professional sommelier skills
“We’re thrilled to be bringing the Victoria International Wine Festival back on a larger scale,” said David Bain, Festival Director.
“After the fog of the pandemic, we’re excited to offer a fun and engaging event that celebrates the art of winemaking and brings people together.”
In addition to the wine tasting, the festival will also feature expert speakers, educational
seminars, and wine dinners. Attendees can learn about the latest trends in winemaking, food pairing, and more.
Tickets for the event will be available exclusively for newsletter subscribers for 48 hours starting March 22nd before becoming available to the general public in June.
