Brickyard Comedy Night

Get ready folks, this one is gonna be good!
This months show features; Kyle P. Ferris, Jeff Greenhough, Kathleen Johnson, Patti Savard, Jillian Stanley and Paul Andrew Wilson.
Headlining both Syd Bosel of “Just for Laughs” and CBC’s “Laugh Out Loud” and Myles Anderson of “Myles from Home” and “The Debaters”!

Saltwater Cowboy

Get ready to dive deep into the sounds of the underground with a night of moody alt rock, shoegaze dreamscapes, punk aggression and classic rock energy.

Featuring Hillsboro, Joyboy, ex-cowboy and Saltwater Cowboy, this is the ultimate showcase of musical intensity and raw emotion.

From the haunting melodies of Hillsboro to the wall of sound created by Joyboy, from the thundering beats of ex-cowboy to the legendary presence of Saltwater Cowboy, you won’t want to miss a moment of this unforgettable event.

Ashley Wey performs live

A multi award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter and pianist Ashley has worked with Canadian Idol winner Eva Avila, Juno Award-winners Brandi Disterheft, Mae Moore, The Parachute Club and has toured on cruise ships around the world with four-time Grammy Award winner, Manny Kellough.

Screening of The Whale

The Vic Theatre will air a special screening of The Whale.

Winning the Best Actor Academy Award, Brendan Fraser brings a compelling sincerity to Charlie a writing instructor who has shut himself off from the world. As he struggles with his health, he becomes determined to reconnect with his estranged daughter. The Whale is an emotionally mature piece directed by Darren Aronofsky (Pi, Black Swan).

Sharon Bailey Band: Album Release

Sharon Bailey takes an Americana playbook and translates it into an original west-coast blend of Alt Country, Folk Roots, and Rock – where the rural and urban collide.

The show will feature Tyler Lieb (Leeroy Stagger, Sarah Osborne Richard Moody) on pedal steel and guitar, Dylan Stone (The Unfaithful Servants) on bass, Dana Tower (Kurt Loewen, Brett Smith Daniels, Buena Buya) on drums, and Quin Etheridge-Pedden(The Unfaithful Servants, The Velvet Grip) on fiddle.
