Bats Across Borders Conference

Holy bats! Not only are conferences returning to the city, but this one hones in on a specific creature that you either love or hate.

The Western Bat Working Group is making its way to Victoria this week to share insightful information when it comes to the science behind these flying mammals.

Taking place at the Hotel Grand Pacific from Tuesday, April 18th to Friday, April 21st, this year’s workshop will discuss international bat conservation practices. This is a unique change from previous conferences as it is the first time it will be held in Canada.

Let’s hear it Victoria 

Now in its fifth year, Let’s Hear It has evolved into a platform for emerging artists from British Columbia to connect and grow their local fanbase and industry connections through live performances.

The series has featured over 60 new and emerging artists from across BC with concerts in Vancouver, Victoria and Kelowna.
