In the early hours of Sunday morning, a motor vehicle incident on Cordova Bay Road in Saanich.
Saanich Police received a report of the incident at 8:16 a.m. on May 28th, involving a cyclist in the 4700 block Cordova Bay Road.
A section of road between Galey Way and Royal Oak Drive was for several hours but has since reopened.
As the investigation unfolds, Saanich Police are appealing to the public for help.
They are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who may have witnessed the collision or have dashcam footage of the collision and leading up to it.
According to Saanich Police, the cyclist was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
